16. The Mission of the One Who Has Received the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 61:1-11)

What must a person who has received the Holy Spirit do? A person who has received the Holy Spirit must preach the gospel of the water and the Spirit to the whole world. God has entrusted the beautiful gospel of being born again of water and the Spirit to those who have received the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit came upon those who received the removal of their sins before God. Then why did God give the Holy Spirit as a gift to the righteous who received the removal of sin? It is to give them final confirmation of being sealed as God’s children. Also, God gave the Holy Spirit so that, by the help of the Spirit dwelling in the righteous, they may fight against Satan and overcome him. To those who received the removal of sin and received the indwelling of the Holy Spirit as a gift in their hearts, God made them do these works.
